The Western Union Money flip is a con game that is easy to avoid. The idea is that someone can purchase a debit card, put money on it, send the money to someone, and then receive back more money. Suffice to say that once the money is sent out, it is unlikely to come back and the money is lost. This is one of the more basic scams to watch out for and is thus easy to catch in time.
While the promise of money for practically nothing is tempting, keep in mind that any such promise rarely comes to fruition. As such, if someone promises you money for little or no effort then it is better to pass on the deal and go the opposite direction as quickly as possible; otherwise, you are setting yourself up for a loss that could have been avoided.
