Packing a lunch is something that more people than ever are doing as adults. Most people think of this as something to do as a child going to school, but there are some advantages to doing this as an adult as well.
One of the major advantages of using a Tupperware lunch bag or something similar is that it save money. Eating out for lunch on a consistent basis can be very expensive. It is extremely frustrating, and sometimes there is a severe lack of variety.
Another advantage is that a person can dictate exactly what they want to eat. There are no limitations, and it just makes sense to pick out what is needed at the grocery.
Finally, it saves time. Nobody wants to be wasting a lot of time at work and being forced to stay overtime just because they eat out.
