The Tell Pizza Hut survey is Pizza Hut’s customer satisfaction survey. In order to take it, you have to have been a recent customer (receipt is needed), be a US citizen, be at least 21-years-old and have a stable internet connection.
The way it works is simple. You answer a series of questions that’s on the survey and then you submit it. Generally speaking, it only takes a few moments to complete the survey.
There are many reasons why you should participate in the survey. You have the chance to win various stuff, including prizes that are worth over $100 or cash back on your purchase. Some people are rewarded with gift cards and entered into a sweepstakes where they have the chance to win around $1,000.
