Safe Haven Enterprise VISA(SHEV) comes under the Australian Class XE subclass 790 visa policies and regulations. This VISA offers safety and shelter to those people who are eligible for this scheme. During the protection, the country encourages the people to educate, learn, and work in the region while holding the SHEV. The validity of the VISA is for 5 years after which the applicant must reply for SHEV again.
A person is eligible for the Safe Haven Visa if he is in Australia and does not hold any valid visa. If the person applies for this visa and declares his intentions to work or study in Australia then there is a procedure to assess the credentials of the individual and offer him the visa. There are many checks for this VISA that includes, health examination reports, criminal background check, character checks, and police reports of previous residencies.
