A Glass Of Beer In Prague

If your idea of the perfect Prague entertainment is a few drinks in a bar, then the city has some great places to spend the evening. And the Czech Republic is one of the best countries in the world when it comes to sampling some good beers; Prague itself boasts around 40 independent breweries. Beer is also relatively inexpensive in Prague bars and taverns, and most customers go there for the beer, rather than the food. Music is also popular at many pubs, especially those that attract tourists, and folk, rap and jazz can be found in many pubs on most evenings. To find a traditional Prague tavern, wander around near the Old Town Square, or near the castle, taking in some of the smaller side streets. One of the more popular traditional taverns is U Vejvodů, which also serves some wonderful goulash and pork dishes.
