Becoming a professional model is still the dream of many young men and women today. However, the path to get there has changed significantly over the years. In times gone, one would have to move to some of the fashion capitals of the world, take on odd jobs like waitressing and hope to be discovered by an agency or agent who can really sell your talent. With the advent of social media, however, this is no longer so.

Added to that, with the right digital marketing techniques upcoming models can capture the attention of the right agency or agent or commercial client. Either way, would-be models have more control over aesthetic and brand.
