Cell networks won’t always release this information but there are non-profit websites that distribute coverage maps. These depict the extent of network coverage in your area. Using the key provided you’ll know first hand what your property is really worth.
2. Demand
Prime locations always pay more. However, the more prime locations in the area the less the likelihood of you being able to negotiate a competitive contract successfully.
