In a bowl, mix one half cup of rolled oats with a fourth cup of sliced almonds and a half cup of hulled sunflower seeds. Add a half cup of maple syrup, three tablespoons of melted and unsalted butter and two teaspoons of vanilla extract. In addition to these ingredients, add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a half teaspoon of sea salt. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook in a 325 degree oven for 35 minutes. For best results, stir the granola every ten minutes during cooking time.
