How To Make A Printed Circuit Board

There are many manufacturers of printed circuit boards around the world. When making a single electronic device, or a prototype, you can make your own printed circuit board. After all, you will only need a copper board, etching solution, vinyl tape, a printer and a piece of paper. The first thing you need to do is design the circuit on your computer and print it on paper. After that, place the printed paper onto the copper board and cut out the unwanted parts. What you should be left with is just the paper design.

The next step is to use vinyl tape to hold the paper in place and mask it. Be sure to cut out any excess vinyl. The next step is to soak the copper board in the etching solution. The solution will eat away any exposed copper, leaving behind the printed circuit. Rinsing and drying should follow soon afterward.
