The European Public Law Organization is an international association of states that are of European Union member states. The European Public Law Organization has various legal instruments that allow its members to deal with cases that concern public law. This organization also coordinates the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Central Bank, and the European Banking Association. Its main task is to make available the necessary cooperation between the Union’s member states and the many institutions that contribute to the development of European public law.

This organization has the following significant activities. It develops and disseminates guidelines on the functioning of the EU institutions, coordinates activities of the conferences of leaders of the EU institutions concerned, develops guidelines for the conduct of legislative procedure, and provides assistance to the candidate countries of third countries that request such assistance.
