There are many people in the world who do not grow up learning English but decide they want to be able to speak it for whatever reason. Thankfully, the Internet allows a person to learn English online. You can choose to go to an online school with tutors who will teach you the language from written to spoken, either by doing video lessons or through email. It all depends on what you are willing to pay or the time you want to put in. You can try to learn through free resources but it is hard to say how good these are because people are able to just put these up on the Internet without anyone checking them for accuracy. You may think you are learning how to say “where is the washroom” and instead it is actually a very rude term you never want to use.
