So in the event that you have hazardous goods, unless it is properly marked, packaged and it is accompanied by the required documentation, your parcel will probably not get shipped to the destination address and it will most likely be returned to the sender. However, in cases where the parcel is unable to be shipped due to the shipping companies fault, then shipping refunds may be in order. If your parcel cannot be shipped due to any fault on your side, then you will not qualify for a refund.
