Non-GMO Organic Sprouting Seeds are a terrific nutrient dense way of getting almost all of the daily vitamins and minerals that a person needs to be healthy.
It’s important to clarify what non-GMO means. GMO stands for Genetically Modified Organisms. So in this instance, non-GMO means that no genetically modified organisms are contained in or on the sprouting seeds. Which in layman’s terms means that science has not interfered with any gene splicing techniques or advanced chemicals or pesticides on the things that you are looking to put into your body.
There are a number of different types of sprouting seeds (Chick pea, Mung bean, Azuki etc etc) which all have slightly different germination times – but all start sprouting within a few days of being left in the right environment – namely, moisture and warmth.
If you do this, you will be able to start reaping your harvest within days and the most wonderful thing is that you can harvest these sprouts more than once!
