The Licensing Examination for Securities and Futures Intermediaries (LE) is a practical, market-focused exam that you’ll take if you’re interested in pursuing a career in Hong Kong’s securities and investment industry. It’s been approved by Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
This exam has 10 different types of regulated activity (RA) that you can be licensed for. Once you’ve passed the LE for one of these RAs you’ll be licensed to work in that regard. Your license says that you’re competent regarding all the work that license allows you to perform.
If you want to be among those who pass the exam you should take a look at the hksi paper 2 study manual as you prepare for it. Doing so will give you an idea of what questions will be asked on this exam. By reviewing these questions you’ll hopefully remember them come test day.
