It begins during childhood and has several Autism Signs and Symptoms. Those with autism often have a difficult time when trying to communicate with people. They also have a hard time connecting emotionally and socially with other people. Common signs of autism include avoiding eye contact, delayed speech, surprising reactions to sounds, sights, smells, touch and tastes. Other symptoms include repetitive behavior like rocking, being easily upset by minor changes and a need for regular rules and routines.
