All you need to do before you travel is search for some workout videos or apps that can be downloaded to your portable devices. Make sure they are suitable for small spaces.

Most hotels also have a gym so if this is an important amenity, make sure to book a hotel with a gym or a swimming pool. If this is not possible, you can always go for a walk around the neighborhood and explore the area you are visiting.
