Microsoft now offers two SharePoint cloud pricing tiers for individuals, which has helped to greatly simplify the process of subscribing to this service. Those who subscribe at the $5.00 level can enjoy a metric terabyte of OneDrive storage as well as unlimited SharePoint access. The $10.00 level gets rid of any limitations and permits users to store as many files on a remote cloud server as they’d like.
Business owners can offer either of these plans to their employees, but Microsoft also offers an enterprise-level plan for those who need it. This plan offers unlimited use of Outlook, Word, Excel and other popular office apps. Each of these are run directly from the cloud as well, so they won’t need individual configuration. Some businesses have decided to mix and match these plans to reduce costs. Administrators have found that only some people need unlimited access to these services in most situations.
