The Toronto Condo Market

The Toronto condo market is undergoing tremendous changes. In the past, foreign investors have been attracted to this city because of its affordability, quality of life, and diversity of culture. However, the market has been weakened by many factors, making it difficult for them to buy in the current climate. Immigrants are no longer as eager to purchase condos as they were in the past, as many have turned to the secondary market to fill their rental needs.

In Toronto, you can buy condos in any part of the city, ranging from the downtown core to the suburbs. Prices vary considerably in these regions, but Central Toronto has the highest average price. Those looking for moderately-priced condos can find them in Bridle Path, Rosedale-Moore Park, and the Annex. These are among the most popular neighborhoods in Toronto. This doesn’t mean that the market is flooded, however.
